Four steps: You choose your package and the kit arrives at your address. You take your sample at home and ship the box to the laboratory. Our partner laboratory analyses it. Your report lands in your account, and we let you know.
No. No blood is drawn and there is no needle. You take the sample yourself at home in a few minutes, following the steps in the kit.
Your kit is delivered to your address within 30 days of payment at the latest. Your report is in your account on average 4-8 weeks after your sample reaches the lab. You can see which step your kit is at (kit sent, sample received, at the lab, report ready) in your account. We also e-mail you when your kit ships, when your sample reaches the lab and when your report is ready.

It describes the tendencies in your genes and, based on them, suggestions for food, movement and daily routine. For every topic it gives your result, what it means for you and what you can do, in plain language. It does not tell you whether you have a disease: the report does not diagnose and does not replace treatment. Genetic results show tendencies, not destiny; sleep, food, movement and lifestyle shape the outcome too. If you are curious what it looks like, see the sample report.
The report is written to be read without a medical background; you can read it on your own. If you would like to read it with someone, you can add the expert consultation: in two video calls over a three-month follow-up, a doctor and a dietitian go through your report with you and build a plan made for you. The consultation isn't required, but we recommend it.
No. Dynova reports are for information only. They don't replace a medical diagnosis or treatment. Make decisions about your health together with your doctor.
If the lab cannot complete the analysis with your sample (for example if the amount or quality is not enough, or the sample was damaged in transit), we let you know by e-mail and our team contacts you about a new sample. Your account also shows it as "New sample needed". Taking your sample by the instruction card in the box lowers this risk.
Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of the day your kit is delivered, without giving a reason; if you bought only the expert consultation, the period starts on the day your order is confirmed. If you have not opened the kit's protective packaging and have not taken a sample, you send the kit back within 10 days of your notice; we pay the return shipping. The total you paid is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, by the method you paid with. You cannot withdraw for a kit whose protective packaging has been opened and that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or for a service that started with your approval before the withdrawal period ended. How to give notice, and the withdrawal form, are in the Pre-Information Form.
Your sample is analysed at our laboratory partner abroad; your data at Dynova is processed and stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt). Both count as transfers outside Turkey. Under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK), genetic data is special-category personal data, so before processing it we ask separately for your explicit consent, including for the transfer abroad. Your results are in your account and open only with your sign-in; if you take the expert consultation, you discuss your report with the expert in the call. You can withdraw your consent or delete your account from your account page at any time, and your genetic data at Dynova is permanently deleted. For your sample at the laboratory, the storage choice you made on the consent form applies. Our KVKK Privacy Notice and the Genetic Data Explicit Consent Text list who your data is transferred to and in which countries.
Dynova tests are for people aged 18 and over. When you activate the kit, you confirm that the sample is yours and that you are over 18.
Sign in to your account and activate the kit with the code in the box. Then take your sample, fill in the forms, apply the four specimen ID stickers, seal the envelope and ship the box to the laboratory. You can follow the shipment and the status of your report from your account.
